Return Policy


  • Items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:
    • Electronics: 30 day warranty for functionality. If it stops working, bring it back for exchange of like goods. If like goods are unable to be found, a refund of the original purchase amount may be in order.
    • Designer Goods: All our designer goods are guaranteed authentic. Returns of designers goods are only accepted with proof to the contrary. Otherwise, original policy applies.
    • Jewelry: All jewelry is guaranteed to be authentic materials. Diamonds are guaranteed authentic when the term `diamond` is used in the description, otherwise it is another type of stone. In the case jewelry is thought to be unauthentic, a third party will appraise the piece for authenticity. If it is found to be authentic, no refund is issued. In all other cases the original policy applies.


  • If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we will accept a return within 14 days. Return shipping refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Examples include:
    • Received incorrect item
    • Inaccurate description
    • Item’s authenticity is in question
  • Refunds are issued when the item is received back at our location in the original condition it shipped in. Items will be checked to verify the same item is received back.
  • The decision to issue return shipping costs is made when the item is received back and only reasonable shipping amounts will be refunded. For example, sending an item priority over night with signature confirmation costing $35, when it would normally cost $10 to ship will not be refunded. In these instances a partial shipping refund may be in order.
